Personality:  (updated)

Polite, a little boisterous and very hard working but quick to anger. Though since his time at the academy he is much calmer and easier going, tending to let people’s words and actions slide by a little longer before he resorts to shouting at  them. That in itself is a great step forward as previously he would have likely just punched  them.

He believes this is down to Spending time with Sloan,  he would rather  not cause her the trouble of  breaking up a fight. 

On the other hand Talfryn will always look out for others and is a very fatherly big brother type, If someone has a problem he is the one who will go to the ends of the earth to help; He has a zero tolerance for bullies.

He was  never initially keen on being a knight and hated the fact he was  here. Hoping more to complete  his  training and settle down. Never to pursue it. As time passes however he is coming around to  the idea of protecting  the islands, especially as he is seeing the darker side of the world.

Housekeeping Skills:

A dab hand with cooking and master of boot making. Non can rival his cobbling and leather working skills, if you need a belt or a shoe fixing he’s the guy to go to. He has made all his own leather armour and accessories and loves fixing up  peoples saddles.

Since being in the academy his skills have taken a more practical war approach and it not often he finds himself with time to  design shoes, unless it is for a special  occasion. 

Bio: 

Before attending the academy he was One of Triplets and eldest of 7 brothers . Talfryn’s life has been nothing but hectic. he is constantly bedraggled by responsibilities whether it be to keep them in check, help his father in the shop or his mother in the house.

Despite being the eldest he is also the smallest by several inches, Leading to many a hour of mockery from his siblings and several bruises.

Growing up with 7 brothers gave him the feisty knuckle fighting skills he is renowned for at home and also cost him the end of his left ear. Bitten off by his youngest brother during a brawl over pumpkin soup. (which is  partially  why he no  longer likes pumpkins)

After one too many fights his father decided to send him  to the academy, both to learn him some discipline and put use to his fighting skills, Talfryn hated this decision as he longed to take over the business and it was the one thing that made being the eldest worthwhile. He blames his brother Flynn for causing this as it is Flynn who started most of the fights.  

Family:

Talfryn’s family are cobblers, creating top quality foot wear and boots for all the people of the Sky. They own a store in the Main town on Crescent Reservoir and have made shoes  for pretty much everyone.

Jye 10 (4’5): 
He is the one who bit off Tal's ear. He's a rough-en. Currently Expelled from school for setting fire to the headmistress's chair. Likes  eating bugs and punching things.

Jarffe 16 (5’5):
Loves making masks and never takes them off. Mischievous especially when with Jye, despite their age difference he prefers to be around his little brother. When alone he is very quiet  and will sit in silence with his  mask  down, he also  has a habit of talking to himself.

Tatilyn 1
The newest addition, The only girl of the family. You know she is going to be spoilt rotten.

Antyn 19 (6’4) :
Super tall and super smart. He knows pretty much everything and is really modest about it.  He works as a librarian at the local school and spends most of his  free time writing poems near the lake.  Courting a teacher from the school but won’t tell anyone who for fear of Flynn ruining their relationship.

Hyleff 18 (5’5) :
IdenticallyTwinned with Marfyye. Hyleff is technically the families first daughter. Prefers to be called Miss Hyle but doesn’t fuss if people get it wrong. He’s generally a nice person but can get very angry when pushed.Studying to be an author at the same school where Antyn teaches, Was moved classes for flirting with one of the male teachers. 

 Marfyye 18(5’5)  :
Identically twinned with Hyleff. These two boys hope to be an amazing pair of authors  who rock the skies with fantastic stories, recently they fell out as Marfyye wanted to write crime drama and Hyleff Romantic comedies. They are still best friends but are working out some artistic differences.  Marfyye has adopted a lot of Hyleff’s style and the two often share clothes.

Flynn 19(6’2)  : 

One of the triplets. Flynn is a grade A sleaze and ladies/mister man.  Somehow his roguish charm gets him his own way a lot despite the fact he is overall not a very nice guy. He will happily sleep with whoever comes his way despite their age or gender and then disappear as though nothing has happened.  He gossips worse than any elderly housewife and will happily tell whoever wants to listen about his bedroom conquests.

Other than an over-active libido he works as a fisherman and spends a lot of time at  the lake.  

Everryn 19 (6’5):
One of the triplets. Everryn sticks beside his brother Flynn but does not share his sleaze, can get very boisterous but is happily calmed down with food.  He doesn’t really say very much and when he is not with Flynn is quiet  polite to Talfryn.  Giving the impression that he works under peer pressure.  In reality, Everryn sees Talfryn and Flynn as his younger siblings and wishes only to protect them, by involving himself in the tussles between the two  he  ensures neither of them come to  harm.

Works as a wood cutter and has developed quiet the upper body strength. Could easily destroy Flynn in a fight.  

Extra notes:

+ He was born without his left eye, and as such has no issues with sight or perception.

+ His Shawl is a gift from his brothers, an old blanket embroidered with a fish. that he has sewn into a scarf/ cape. He will always wear this in some fashion. (as a scarf, a belt,a hood etc)

+ He made his own boots

+ He is a Terrible Archer

+ His identical triplet brothers are called 'Flynn' and 'Everryn'

So I have decided to join after finding it via ochibrochi 's Submission. It looks like lots of fun and I really like having lots of fun (truly I do)

Here is the character I created. It was hard trying to think of him, and even harder to think of his loftwing. As we speak, I do not know what to name it. I will decide before I hit *submit*
